Dirinler Companies Group is a family establishment making industrial and commercial activities since 1952. There are four factories where the machinery and product manufacturing and one marketing company; a foreign trade company organizing the export and import works of the companies group in the company. The last company entered to the group in 2010 is the tourism and port management company of the group.

Dirinler Sanayi Makinaları Endüstri ve Ticaret A.Ş. (Dirinler Industrial Machines Industry and Commerce). was established in 1983. Since 2001 Dirinler Sanayi Makinaları has been manufacturing CNC power lathes, CNC vertical process lathes, table type drilling machine with column (PLC/CNC controlled). Our company started manufacturing of CNC processing (milling cutter) center with double columns and CNC model processing center. Dirinler Döküm Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (Dirinler Molding Industry and Commerce) was founded in 1974 to produce cast iron pieces. The company which produces big and heavy pieces for wind energy industry, ship building industry, heavy machinery industry and press molds and valves and pumps up to 3500 mm diameter for automotive industry with a capacity of 12.000 tons in an area of 25.000 m2 (16.000 m2 of which is closed) exports as rough or processed to many countries especially to Europe.
